A combination of the two styles yin and yang, in a dance of sequences carried by the breath, to rebalance the body and the soul.

With this practice, you will be able to release tension and move to a higher and brighter state of consciousness.

Prepare to feel emotions, to reopen closed doors, and then be able to let all the feelings flow and move forward.

Semi-private lessons, max 4-5 participants, by reservation.
