Summer Meetings

An encounter with life and music of a communications professional

Every cultural organization relies on the valuable work of a group of passionate professionals who, by nature or by profession, often remain discreet, or even resistant to the limelight.

This is the case of Alessandra Cossu, a central figure in the coordination of communications and volunteers at the Verbier Festival, one of the most prestigious events on the national and international music scene.

With discretion, skill and passion, Alessandra contributes to creating this unique atmosphere which makes the festival not only a very high-level artistic event, but also an unforgettable human experience for all those who participate.

For the 2025 edition, however, Alessandra Cossu has been invited to perform as an artist in the Verbier Festival's UNLTD series, with her alchemy crystal bowls.

We therefore took the opportunity of this concert to invite her to the microphones of Rete Due, so that she could talk to us about her professional and artistic life – that of a communicator who, for a moment, becomes vibration herself.

The Sound of Early Light

This is my morning ritual.

A way of meeting the day before it begins. Before thoughts, before words. A moment of presence, with the breath of the sky still held in blue.

It’s spring, and the moon is new,  that threshold where nothing is visible, yet everything is already in motion. The air is fresh, still. The world hasn’t fully awakened. I sit with the bowls in silence, listening, not searching, simply open.

The sound begins with one bowl, and everything flows from there.
She is the latest to be transmitted to me: A 10” A#-5 St Germain Sky Alchemy Crystal Bowl, holding the frequency of the Third Eye.

She invites a kind of clear vision, a soft and lucid consciousness,
a way of seeing beyond, into the space where essence lives.

She came through Irina, with the loving presence of Tereza,
who found her with care and intuition. Their energy is part of this bowl, gentle, wise, luminous. Since her arrival, something in the sound has shifted, as if a new layer of perception had gently unfolded.

I’m the guardian of a large set, harmonized around the frequencies of F, A, and D tones that resonate with my heart and its infinite landscapes. They carry emotional depth, softness, presence, and the kind of inner intelligence that isn’t taught, but remembered. This harmony creates space for grounding, for rising, for transformation.

Each bowl in my collection is carefully hand-crafted, shaped with intention, and with deep attention to energy, vibration, and beauty. Each one is unique, like us. Some bowls carry the memory of oceans, some vibrate with starlight, others hold the energy of sacred places, healing, joy, or the tenderness of what has been touched and transmuted.

They have come into my life over the past few years through a call I followed without needing to understand it fully. Each one arrived through resonance, through moments of recognition like pieces returning to a whole.

The very first was a 9" C#+5 Selenite, Pink Aura Gold. She holds the energy of Mary Magdalene, grace, clarity, and feminine power rooted in compassion. She was my beginning: grounding, soft, steady. And now, with the arrival of the St-Germain Sky, one connects to earth, the other to light, and between them, a full journey: vertical, living, infinite.

This sound bath is part of that movement. It’s not a performance. It’s an offering. A space to welcome the early light. To inhabit the moment just before things begin.

To return not to something we’ve lost, but to something we’ve always known.

With deep gratitude for those who have guided me, opened doors, walked beside me, and inspired me.
