Yin Yoga is a gentle style of Yoga,
who put on stretching
combined with conscious breathing.
Each posture is maintained for 3 to 5 minutes,
to deeply relax the body,
and allow energy to circulate more freely.
Prepare to slow down,
let go
and abandon what no longer belongs to you,
thanks to the force of gravity and the magic of stillness.
