Each gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your essence, share a simple meal (a picnic brought by each participant), and experience a moment outside the ordinary — in a spirit of community and resonance.

 

Alessandra Cossu and Laurence Juthy have chosen to hold this space throughout the year to share what we have discovered through our respective paths.

These days are designed to transmit tools and modalities that allow you to feel, listen, experience, and explore what is present for you.

​

The intention is to offer you a safe and caring space, where you can gently reconnect with your essence — and move a little closer to who you truly are.

This is a space of care and exploration, but also one of sharing and exchange, where each person can come into contact with themselves and others, be supported and support in return, listen, feel, discover, and unfold.
