Before Easter, enjoy a dynamic yin yang class to live in flow, followed by a sequence of static postures and stretches to release tension. You can choose both courses or just one of the two. Each session begins with meditation and a moment of body/face self-massage and ends with deep relaxation.
Yoga classes will be suspended from April 10 to 30.
Reopening with new hours in May.
