About the event
Yin Yoga is a gentle style of Yoga, which focuses on stretching combined with conscious breathing.
Each posture is maintained for 3 to 5 minutes, to deeply relax the body and allow energy to circulate freely.
Prepare to let go and let go of what no longer belongs to you, thanks to the force of gravity and the magic of stillness.
