About the event
A time to pay tribute to those who are no longer with us, to reflect on their lives and the legacy they left in our hearts. A journey, a ceremony, a sound massage, takes place in a group with people lying on the ground with a blanket, a small eye mask and a pillow. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience that allows the brain to generate the same waves we produce just before sleep or during meditation.
The session will begin with a guided meditation of approximately 10 minutes and will end with a moment of free sharing around a herbal tea. Bring a floral element and a sacred object, a pillow, your yoga mat and a blanket. A bottle of water is recommended.
