Join us for a day of relaxation, discussion, and getting to know yourself to leave with new impetus and a more harmonious body. You will be guided through the structure of your chakras to feel, release, and learn what the chakras communicate to you about different aspects of your life, with the combination of simple yoga postures, breaths and the sound of Crystal bowls. You will be invited to feel what the posture feels like for your body and breathe deeply. The energies contained in each chakra will be called to harmonize, open, balance, and release, thanks to your intention, the postures and the sound of the bowls.
The program is divided into two parts, morning and afternoon, with a break of approximately 45 minutes at 12:30 p.m.
