Chakra Yoga & Sound Workshop #3

This chakra is mainly associated with manifestation, action, transformation, self-esteem, self-confidence, digestion.

We will begin with detailed explanations of its functions and what it governs in your body and mind, then we will explore this chakra through simple yoga postures that will allow you to activate it, feel it, unblock it, open and above all feel your solar chakra and what it evokes for you.

We will finish with a sound bath at the Crystal Alchemy Bowls dedicated to integrating all this work into the gentle warmth of this chakra.

You will leave with more fluidity and with tools that you can use in your daily life for the solar chakra. We advise you to bring a notebook and something to write down if you wish.
