Chakra Yoga & Sound Workshop #1

We offer you a two-hour workshop to explore the Root Chakra - Muladhara with Laurence. (We will be offering a series of workshops for the following chakras. Each workshop can be taken alone, or combined together.)

The root chakra is associated with your foundation, your structure, connection to the earth, anchoring, inner security ..

We will begin with detailed explanations of its functions and what it governs in your body and mind, then we will explore this chakra through simple yoga postures that will allow you to activate it, feel it, unblock it, open and above all feel your root chakra, your foundation and your anchor.

We will finish with a sound bath at the Crystal Alchemy Bowls dedicated to integrating all this work into the safety of the root chakra.

You will leave more grounded and with tools that you can use in your daily life for the root chakra. We advise you to bring a notebook and something to write down if you wish.

Rate:

CHF80 for one workshop - (CHF220 if three workshops purchased together)

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we may have to cancel the event.

Any cancellation 10 days before the event may be refunded at 50%, in the event of incapacity on your part or any cancellation less than 48 hours before the event cannot be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
