Yoga Nidra and Crystal Bowls

Yoga Nidra invites you to deep relaxation of your body and mind by putting you in contact with the layers of your unconscious which allow you to access your inner wisdom and your self-healing abilities.

The practice of Nidra as well as the soothing sound waves that emanate from the bowls immediately put the brain in Alpha state. The sound waves from the bowls produce a calming effect that immediately puts the brain into an alpha state. This action shakes up old patterns, allowing realignment and a new frequency, and helps us more easily access altered states of consciousness.

9 parking spaces available, numbers 50 to 58 as well as visitor spaces.

Follow the “pediatrician” sign when entering Allée du Rionzi.

What to bring

Your yoga mat

A light blanket

To not be cold

An eye mask

if you want to be in the dark

A comfortable outfit

A water bottle

Cushions, pillows, bolsters, or other accessories of your choice that will allow you to lie on your mat without pain for approximately 30 minutes

Any other object important to you such as a notebook/journal, crystal if you feel the need

If you are missing any equipment, do not hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to provide it to you.

Your participation

Please pay for your participation before the session.

The cost is 55 CHF, which can be paid via Twint on 078 948 22 13 or in cash.

In case of last minute cancellation, the session will have to be paid.
