It is with joy that I invite you to discover a new experience at Yoga Flame, in Lausanne, a unique practice, where Yin meets crystalline sounds in a restorative and transformative journey.

Alongside Vanessa, musician, practitioner in shamanic & holistic care, I will have the privilege of accompanying her gentle and deep practice of Yin Yoga with the vibrational power of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls. In this co-creation space, you will be guided through long postures on the ground, supported by accessories, to release the connective tissues in depth. The practice invites you to slow down, connect to the breath and cultivate a meditative state. The vibrations of the Crystal Bowls will enrich each posture, amplifying the benefits of this inner exploration and promoting a deep energetic realignment.
