About the event
Celebrated on June 21, International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that Yoga has brought to the global stage. Although it is an important source of exercise and healthy activity, millions of people join and work out daily. For many, these routines are a way to connect body, mind, and soul in a way that has been around for centuries.
During the pandemic, in the long “stay at home” days, I created this space of health and love.
For 3 months, every day, I shared the gift of yoga with my circle of family and friends. Together we practiced the main poses, breathed, prayed, meditated. It was great. Alone but together. Confined but connected.
We raised money and donated to those who fought to breathe every day.
It seemed natural to me to celebrate this day together.
To remind us of our strength and our commitment. For yourself and for the universe.
See you on Sunday,
ask me how to participate by direct message.
