About the event
If you want to answer these questions and many more, if you are curious and want to take care of yourself in the company of other novice yogis, this course is for you!
The course takes place every Tuesday of the school year at 8:15 p.m. at the Foyer des Paquis, as part of the Gym de St-Sulpice company . The practice integrates simple and accessible Yin and Yang postures, adapted to each level of experience.
