A time of energetic rebalancing to prepare to welcome the first full moon after the fall equinox and the first of the fall season. The October full moon will be placed under the sign of Aries, a fire sign that is used to directly expressing its emotions.
The session will end with the tasting of a herbal tea and a free discussion.
Bring a floral element and a sacred object, pillow, your yoga mat and a blanket.
A bottle of water is recommended.
