About the event
A sound bath provides a relaxing experience that helps the brain emit waves similar to those produced just before sleep or during meditation. A recent study in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative showed that one hour of sound therapy reduced stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, emotional imbalances, as well as lack of focus and clarity.
