This sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls , introduced by an anchoring meditation , accompanies this subtle movement. An invitation to tune into the vibrations of this full moon, to listen differently, to let the sound pass through and release what needs to be released. A moment to settle down, lighten up and welcome the space left by what is going away.
